T’ai Chi Chih for People with Parkinson’s and Care Partners
Complimentary T’ai Chi Chih classes are offered to people with Parkinson’s and their caregivers on the first Thursday of each month from 12:15–1:15 PM at the Caspar Community Center. No experience is necessary. Taught by Dyana Sangraal, an accredited instructor with 35 years of experience, T’ai Chi Chih is easy to learn and can be highly beneficial—even after just one class. Many doctors recommend T’ai Chi for Parkinson’s, as its gentle movements may support improved breathing and circulation, better balance, enhanced focus, stress reduction, stronger bones, and improved digestion, along with renewed vitality and joy.
PD T’ai Chi Chih classes are offered at no cost; donations are welcome.
Additional Class:
T’ai Chi for All is offered Wednesdays from 12–1 PM at the Caspar Community Center. Suggested donation: $15. Scholarships available.
